Senior Application Support Analyst

Application Analyst• Ensure all operational requests and new requests from customers are delivered within SLA and KPIAct as a single point of contact for all incidents, problems, RCA assigned to youEnsurer process compliance in terms of Incident Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, Vendor Management, CR and Change Management etcEnsuring that staffing and skill levels are maintained throughout operational hours by managing shift staffing schedules, etc.• Management of Application Support desk team activities• Acting as an escalation point where difficult or controversial calls are received• Responsible for major incidents• Production of statistics and management reports• Representing the Application Support at meetings• Arranging staff training and awareness sessions• Performing briefings to Application Support staff on changes or deployments that may affect volumes at the Service Desk• Assisting analysts in providing first-line support when workloads are high, or where additional experience is required Arabic - Fluent / Excellent English - Fluent / Excellent Own a CarAnyHave Driving LicenseAny Job Skills 1. Graduation or above in Computer Science2. 4+ Years in Application Support and Development3. Strong knowledge and experience in Tomcat, Web Skills, Application Server,s Unix, Shell Scripting, Intern et and Intranet portals, MYSQL and Oracle.4. Good understandings of day to day operations and troubleshooting of ERP, integrations and interfaces.5. Must be good in English language, Arabic is plus.6. Good to handle the customer and in communication skills.7. ITIL processes knowledge e.g. Incident, change and problem management will be a plus point.
