Junior Baker We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Junior Baker to join our team in Dar Kulaib. As a Junior Baker, you will assist our experienced bakers in preparing and baking various types of bread, pastries, and cakes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in the baking industry. Responsibilities Assist in measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and icings Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers Monitor the baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection Decorate and finish products with fillings, glazes, toppings, and icings Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times Follow food safety and sanitation standards Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Passion for baking and willingness to learn from experienced bakers Ability to follow recipes accurately Basic understanding of food safety principles Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays Salary: $1300 per month Location: Dar Kulaib (Preference given to Bahraini nationals) We encourage students with a passion for baking to apply for this position.
