Baker
We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team in Manama. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts. Your main duties will include mixing ingredients, shaping dough, monitoring oven temperatures, and ensuring food safety standards are met.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker
Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
Must have a valid work visa and be able to provide your own transportation
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Responsibilities
Prepare doughs by measuring ingredients and mixing them according to recipes
Knead, roll, cut or shape dough into various shapes before placing it in the oven
Monitor baking process for various types of breads, pastries, and desserts
Adjust oven temperatures as needed for different types of baked goods
Ensure food safety standards are met at all times
Inspect finished products for quality and presentation
Clean workstations and equipment after use
