The Head Baker will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our bakery, located in the bustling city of Dar Kulaib. They will lead a team of bakers and ensure that all baked goods are made to the highest quality and standards. This includes creating and testing new recipes, ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking, excellent time management skills, and strong leadership abilities.

Salary: 1300$ per month with accommodation provided.

Location: Dar Kulaib, Bahrain.

Visa and ticket to be provided by the company.

Responsibilities

Create and test new recipes for various baked goods

Supervise a team of bakers and delegate tasks as needed

Ensure all baked goods meet high quality standards

Order supplies and maintain inventory levels

Keep work area clean and organized at all times

Train new employees on bakery procedures and safety protocols

Monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience as a baker in a high-volume bakery

Proven success in creating unique recipes and developing product lines

Strong understanding of proper food handling techniques and sanitation practices

Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task efficiently

Ability to lead a team and provide clear direction and guidance
