Head Baker
As the Head Baker at our bakery in Manama, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our baking operations. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month, and we are urgently seeking someone with experience in this role.
Key responsibilities
Plan and coordinate the production of all baked goods, ensuring high quality and consistency
Manage and train a team of bakers, providing guidance and support as needed
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary to maintain production
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards at all times
Develop new recipes and menu items to keep our bakery offerings fresh and exciting
Requirements
Proven experience as a head baker or similar role
Excellent knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
Ability to manage and motivate a team
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
Knowledge of food safety regulations
Must have a valid work permit for Bahrain or be willing to obtain one
