Construction Manager (Part-Time) A reputable construction company in Dar Kulaib is seeking a part-time Construction Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of construction processes and techniques, as well as excellent project management skills. Responsibilities Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish Create project plans, timelines and budgets Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors Monitor progress and address any issues that may arise Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project status Requirements Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or related field Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Proficient in using project management software Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively Must have a valid biometric passport This is a part-time position, offering a salary of $1000 per month.
