Job Description

Premier Q is looking for a Business Development Manager based in Bahrain to drive sales and develop new business opportunities across the Bahrain market.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business and generate sales opportunities in Bahrain

Build relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, developers, schools and government entities

Promote Premier Q’s sports, recreation and play solutions

Identify upcoming projects and follow opportunities from initial lead through quotation and award

Understand client requirements and work with our technical team to propose suitable solutions

Conduct client meetings, presentations and site visits

Maintain and develop existing client relationships

Requirements

Proven experience in business development or sales

Experience in the construction or projects industry

Good technical understanding and ability to discuss project requirements with clients

Experience in sports fields, playgrounds, recreational facilities, landscaping or related products is highly preferred

Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills

Good knowledge of the Bahrain market and ability to develop new client relationships

Self-motivated, commercially driven and comfortable working toward sales targets

Valid Bahrain driving licence preferred
