Qualification

Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

Experience

10 Years in Maintenance of Construction Equipment

Key Responsibilities

Take overall ownership and responsibility for all company equipment, including welding machines, workshop machinery, hydraulic presses, shearing machines, plate bending machines, CNC plasma cutting machines, O/H cranes, compressors, diesel generators, forklifts, mobile cranes, vehicles (trucks and pickups), tools, and other equipment.

Manage the issuance of equipment to various project sites and maintain accurate records of all machines.

Plan and schedule annual and monthly maintenance for all types of equipment.

Manage and supervise a team of Mechanical and Electrical Technicians.

Train equipment operators on routine maintenance and proper equipment care.

Coordinate with project sites and the workshop to ensure regular electrical and mechanical maintenance of site equipment.

Maintain adequate stock of spare parts and ensure availability as required.

Prepare and manage the annual equipment maintenance budget.

Requirements

Prior experience in heavy industrial projects will be considered an advantage.

Demonstrate a strong commitment to Health, Safety, Quality, and Client Satisfaction.

Possess strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately or have a shorter notice period.

Be willing to work across Bahrain and other GCC locations, as required.
