The successful candidate will support the diagnosis and condition assessment of rotating equipment across power plants, aluminum facilities, process plants, and other industrial environments. This role is an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking to build a specialist career in predictive maintenance, vibration analysis, Motor Current Signature Analysis (MCSA), and asset reliability, while working alongside experienced reliability practitioners on real client sites. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant industrial experience with hands on exposure to rotating equipment, electrical systems, predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, and reliability programs. Experience in furnace thermography and high temperature inspection is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Perform vibration measurements and analysis on rotating equipment, including pumps, motors, fans, compressors, and other critical machinery. Conduct Motor Current Signature Analysis (MCSA) testing and diagnostics. Support condition monitoring and predictive maintenance programs. Interpret vibration spectra, time waveforms, phase data, and other condition monitoring information to identify developing machine faults. Conduct field inspections and support troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical equipment. Support furnace thermography and high temperature inspection activities where required. Prepare technical reports documenting inspection findings, analysis, conclusions, and recommendations. Assist in presenting technical findings and recommendations to customers. Work across multiple concurrent site assignments as part of the wider reliability services team. Maintain high standards of HSE, quality, confidentiality, and professional conduct during all site activities. Qualifications & Experience Degree or technical diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.3-5 years of hands on industrial experience in one or more of the following: Vibration Analysis Motor Current Signature Analysis (MCSA)Condition Monitoring Predictive Maintenance Reliability Engineering NDTPractical experience with rotating equipment and industrial machinery. Good knowledge of: Vibration measurement and analysis FFT spectrum analysis Time waveform analysis Phase analysis Knowledge of predictive maintenance, condition based maintenance, reliability centered maintenance (RCM), and industrial asset health monitoring. Experience with furnace thermography and high temperature inspection will be an advantage. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Good technical report writing, data interpretation, troubleshooting, and customer presentation skills. Bahrain / Regional Requirements Candidates currently based in Bahrain will be given preference. A valid Bahrain driving license is mandatory. Willingness to travel to customer sites across Bahrain and the wider region. Willingness to undertake multiple day site assignments when required. Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining professional communication with customers and internal teams. Candidates who are eligible and willing to work on regional assignments, including Saudi Arabia, will be preferred.
