Job Description

Executive Chef Key Responsibilities Oversee all kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and plating Develop menus that cater to the preferences and dietary restrictions of our guests Manage inventory and food costs to ensure profitability of the restaurant Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring a high level of performance and teamwork Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen according to health code regulations Collaborate with management to plan special events or promotions Requirements Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing a diverse team Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines Ability to create new dishes while also maintaining consistency in established menu items Understanding of food cost control, inventory management, and health code regulations Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic proficiency preferred Location: This position is based in Dar Kulaib. Candidates from other cities may be considered but must be willing to relocate. Salary: Competitive salary of $1100 per month plus potential for bonuses based on performance.
