Tele-Sales Executive - ICT

Summary:
The Tele-Sales Executive shall be able to promote and sell the company’s products and services over phone calls in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. Besides, should also be able to determine the customer requirements and preferences. Shall be able to maintain a record of the customer details and update the same in the database. Moreover, should be able to achieve sales targets.
As a Tele sales Executive, one should be well-spoken and have the ability to maintain a calm composure at all times. In addition to this, he/she should have excellent communication, negotiation skills, build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing the business to achieve long-term success.
Duties:
Calling customers and updating them about the company's products, services, or new launches
Addressing any customer queries and complaints
Questioning customers to understand their requirements and preferences
Maintaining and updating database with customer information
Fulfilling the monthly and yearly sales target
Creating and presenting detailed sales reports
Directing potential sales leads to the Sales Executives
Maintaining a record of day-to-day calls and sales activities
Assisting the Sales department in planning and implementing effective sales strategies
Monitoring KPIs and sales achievements
Analyzing and presenting competitor sales activities
Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry developments and company offerings
Assisting in facilitating future sales
Noting customer requirements or orders and processing the same to the concerned department
Attract new clients, Identify sales opportunities and business partnerships
Participate in different industry events such as fairs, conferences etc. so as to be up-to-date with market trends and expand his/her professional network

Other Task as assigned by Sales Manager/ICT - Director
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science or related with Proven work experience as a Tele sales Executive, Tele-Sales, or a similar position in the Sales.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required:
Knowledge of modern office procedures and processes.
Able to work alone without much guidance.
Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in course of work.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
