You will have the opportunity to collaborate acrossmultiple disciplines, including station and onboard operations, food and beverageoperations, creative team, and retail partners. You will partner closelywith the marketing team members and sales team to generate new opportunities,drive revenue, and evolve the brand positioning for the food and beverageoutlets within our stations and community. You will create and execute annualmarketing plans and translate those into integrated campaigns and activationacross PR, influencers, digital, partnerships, and other key channels. If youare a motivated, outgoing, and creative self-starter who enjoys a fast-pacedentrepreneurial environment, this is the job for you!Job Requirements Essential Functions:• Lead marketing activities for all our 12 outlets;• Responsible to guide and lead the marketing team.• Implement on property marketing programs with F&BManager to create greater awareness of all on property outlets to drivegreater penetration of that audience• Conduct ongoing meetings with the Station Operationsteam to collaborate on ideas, programming, and partner activations.• Support the Station Managers and Assistant Stationmanagers for activations, special events, merchandise, and holidaypromotions• Work with Creative Department to create and printmenus, signage, campaigns, and other collateral as they are needed andupdated• Partner with Marketing Coordinators and CRM Manager todevelop and implement marketing efforts across various marketing channels(social media, in station network, email, website)• Perform weekly analysis of sales revenue to maintain anunderstanding of business drivers and consumer wants/needs• Collaborate with the operations, sales, and marketingteams to curate food and beverage offerings and experiences that willgenerate buzz and drive sales• Work alongside the Director of F&B and Director of Stations to set and track goals and ROI for promotions, specials, events,and marketing campaigns Requirements Qualifications:• Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field orequivalent and at least 4 years of experience• Must have flexible work hours that may includeevenings, weekends, and holidays• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment andconsistently demonstrate a high level of organizational skill• Proven leadership skills: ability to articulate a pointof view and defend it, ability to influence without authority, ability tofind creative solutions and sort through challenges to achieve• Understanding of digital ecosystem (website, socialmedia, email campaigns, advertisements, press release, content creationand SMS/Push)• Problem solving, strategic planning, reasoning,motivating, and organizational abilities are used often• Ability to build and maintain relationships and workeffectively as part of a creative team Benefits Salary Package - BD 900 - BD 1200 based on the experience.","Work_Experience":null," Company Industry Recruitment Placement Firm Executive Search Department / Functional Area Marketing Brand Management Marketing Research Digital Marketing Keywords Marketing Manager Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
