Construction Manager vacancy in Isa Town Bahrain Construction Project Manager Construction Project Manager needed for a leading construction company based in Isa Town. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in construction management, with a strong background in project planning, budgeting and scheduling. The candidate should have excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate and manage teams effectively. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring timelines are met Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise Manage project budget and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations Provide regular updates on project status to senior management Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management, preferably in the GCC region Strong knowledge of project planning software such as Primavera or MS Project Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals Knowledge of local building codes and regulations Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience) Location: Isa Town, Bahrain (visa sponsorship available) This is an urgent position, so candidates who can join immediately will be given preference. #J-18808-Ljbffr
