MARKETING SUPERVISOR
Salmabad, Northern Governorate, Bahrain
As a Marketing Manager in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, increase market share, and ultimately maximize sales within the highly competitive FMCG market. You will lead a team of marketing professionals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage market insights to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target consumer demographics.
Lead market research efforts to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, traditional media, and in-store promotions.
Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment between product offerings and consumer preferences.
Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources efficiently to achieve maximum ROI.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and market data to optimize strategies and tactics.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and advertising agencies.
Requirements and skills
Proven experience as category supervisor/marketing or similar role
Solid knowledge of category management, marketing and sales principles
Understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods
An analytical mind with a strategic ability
Excellent communication and people skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: BD350.000 - BD450.000 per month
