Duties and Responsibilities: Design and implement overarching HR strategies that support the company's business goals and promote its culture and vision. Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains the best talent. Develop and monitor HR KPIs, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategies.
