Manage any disruption to service making appropriatedecisions which resolve issues safety and quickly Monitor the efficiency of services operated andensure that appropriate action is taken to rectify any problems via AVL system/ or other means to ensure efficient reliable service delivery Work with key staff and Customer ServiceManagers to ensure all services operate to a high standard and in accordancewith set reliability targets and identify and implement solutions where targetsare not being met.
