Preparing and verifying all Management Information Reports (M I Rs) including monthly/annually separate and group console ideated financial Statements a long with variance and ratio analysis. Supervising custom duty exemption working and filing of required information to ministry ofindustry & Commerce - Bahrain. Preparing currency exchange strategy and minimizing exchange losses of the group. Preparing FX currency buying strategy of the group and optimizing the different GCCcurrency utility for FX payment obligation in EU RO, CH F, USD, and GBP etc. Preparing 08 week cash forecast and managing weekly fund transfers and buying of foreign currencies as per forecast. Supervising entire payable section including routine payments, advances, suppliers' reconciliations etc. Supervising bank reconciliations (Cash & Credit Card). Supervising Zakat computation for subsidiary in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia - KSA and ensuring its timely deposit in Department of Zakat and Income Tax (DZIT). Managing entire KSA health insurance as per CCHI directives. Managing other insurance/guarantees including cash insurance, motor insurance, property,(factory & retail outlets) Insurance and maintaining follow-up forclaims and other related work. Implementing and developing accounting software and different management reports. Ensuring timely disbursement of monthly payroll of entire group as well full & final settlements including indemnity according to applicable labor laws in different GCC countries. Maintaining all corporate customers receivable ageing and ensure timely recovery as per agreed terms. Preparing labor & FOH absorption rates and ensuring their proper allocation. Preparing management /cost accounting reports including Product GP statements, Product cost analysis, Manufacturing gain or loss statement, stock ageing reports, etc. Maintaining statutory record, minutes book, CR, lease agreements and other related documents. Organizing lease financing transaction under the overall lease arrangements. Develop and implement department objectives, individual staff objectives along with KPI, S and manage performance review and appraisal of subordinate staff based on these objectives by annually/quarterly. Skills Skills such asbudgeting, saving, investing, and debt management.
